We all know it…Israel is a complicated place. Conflict with our neighbors, terror attacks, government corruption, a crazy cost of living and plenty more…Israel can be a tough country to love sometimes.

But nevertheless, there’s no place we’d rather be.

Such is the premise of a new song by the Ma Kashur trio. With lyrics by Noam Horev (“Matanot Ktanot”) and music by Elai Botner, “Ani Nishar” offers a cynical yet loveable look into life in Israel. With all its problems, though, they’d never want to live anywhere else.

The video includes plenty of imagery highlighting the good, the bad, and the ugly of life in Israel. But mostly the good. 😊
