For the third straight year, Noa Kirel is the “Best Israeli Act” in MTV’s Europe Music Awards. The virtual ceremony took place on Sunday night, November 8, 2020.

Noa was up against a varied and colorful group of nominees: Carakukly, Eden Hason, Noga Erez, and Noroz & Boi Ecchi.

Ever hear the Israeli expression “Paam Shlishit Glida” (Third Time, Ice Cream)? It’s the Israeli way of saying “third time’s the charm”. So…MTV Israel broke the news to Noa in her “Festigal” dressing room, pairing the award with an ice cream delivery.

This is just one more milestone in a year of good news for Noa Kirel. In January, Noa signed a multi-million dollar deal with Atlantic Records in the US. It’s the largest deal ever signed by an Israeli singer.
