Ninet Tayeb is ready to conquer Hollywood.
The Israeli singer who rose to fame after winning the first season of “Kochav Nolad” has long had her sights on making it big in the USA.
Now, Ninet reports on Instagram that she’s a big step closer to fulfilling that dream.
Ninet Tayeb: “Thank You God!”
Ninet shared a story from “Variety”, announcing her role in the upcoming film “Tell Me Why I Don’t Like Mondays”. She wrote:
So.. yes, I’ve decided that I’m allowing my self to be proud and even say it out loud.
We all have our journey in life and we all know how sometimes it can be so frustrating and fucking painful but some other times, there are moments like these, where you can smile from the inside and say- thank you god
Thank you mommy and daddy
Thank you beautiful family of mine
Thank you people who work with me
Thank you audience for sticking to my plan.I’m going to be a part of the movie ‘Mondays’ , playing Jenny and I’m also going to sing the title song of the film- Tell Me Why I Don’t Like Mondays.
Basically, I feel blessed.
Incidentally, the song “Tell Me Why I Don’t Like Mondays” was originally recorded by “The Boomtown Rats” back in 1979. No word, however, whether the new song will be a cover of the original or a new song altogether.
We’re thrilled for Ninet’s success! Who else is ready to buy tickets? Is this the start of bigger and better things for our beloved Ninet Tayeb?
