Remember the cheesy song “Am Echad Im Shir Echad” (One Nation with One Song)? In 1985, Israel decided to produce its answer to the popular “We Are The World”. So producers gathered 51 of the most popular singers of the time to sing a patriotic Israeli song of unity – not unlike Katan Aleinu of 2020.

Fast forward to the end of 2020, a year of illness, loneliness and difficulty. It’s been a rough year for everyone – just the perfect time to kick back with a good, fun song parody.
